Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 24-72 hours to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 5 working days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times Trento Store can’t deliver are Fridays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment email once your order has processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Trento Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please make digital evidence like video and pictures with original seal on your parcel and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
